Tuesday through Saturday Evenings - 8PM
Saturday Matinee - 2PM
There is one Monday evening performance at 8PM (except Passion Play, see below) and one Wednesday matinee performance at 2PM during the run of each production.

Late Arrivals

Yale Rep makes every effort to begin performances on time. For the safety of our patrons and performers, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the theatre.

Ticket Exchanges

Yale Rep Subscribers and Pass Holders enjoy unlimited complimentary ticket exchanges. Though Yale Rep will attempt to match seats if requested, exchanges are subject to availability. Upgrade charges will apply if the price of the desired performance is higher than the originally chosen performance. Tickets will be held at the Box Office for pickup during regular business hours or prior to the new performance. Patrons should pick up tickets at least 30 minutes prior to curtain time.

Unused Tickets and Tax Donations

While refunds are not available, patrons may donate unused tickets to Yale Repertory Theatre as a tax-deductible contribution. To receive a tax-deduction, the Box Office must receive the tickets prior to the show date. The tickets become available for ticket exchanges and to those who might have been turned away due to a sold out performance. A contribution acknowledgement will be mailed. Patrons may donate their tickets by returning them in person or by calling the Box Office prior to the performance. Callers will need to mail their unused tickets before their contribution can be acknowledged.

Student Tickets

Yale Rep offers substantially discounted tickets for full-time university, college and high school students who provide valid proof of their current student status; these tickets can be purchased by calling 203.432.1234 or visiting the Box Office at 1120 Chapel Street. Student Tickets are available online for current Yale students only and require a valid Net ID login.

Lost Tickets

Lost tickets can be reprinted and held for pickup at the Box Office. A photo ID will be required at the time of pickup.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the theatre.

Handheld Devices and Cell Phones

Please silence all handheld devices, beepers, and cell phones prior to the start of the performance.

Photography

Audio, video or photographic recording in the theatre is strictly prohibited without the written consent of Yale Repertory Theatre.

Age Appropriate Material

Please check with our Audience Services staff as to the age appropriateness of Yale Rep productions. Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket. No babies in arms will be admitted.
